Victory of the End !!!

With the sealing or destruction of the Breach by the efforts of both Jaegers, Striker Eureka and Gypsy Danger. The threat of Kaijus ended with it as well, Humanity yet again defeated what might have caused its very existence. The Jaeger Mission Control confirmed that the Breach is closed and current Marshall, Hercules Hansen announced the victory as well as to stop the war clock. The war clock was designed to predict when a new Kaiju came through the Breach and with it stopping, the war was finally over.

After 10 to 20 years of withstanding the tide of Kaiju Onslaught, Humanity have succeeded in surviving to move on to yet another chapter. With the sealing of the Breach and the destruction of the last Jaeger, the world no longer need the Pan Pacific Defense Corp and the Anti-Kaiju Wall cease to have meaning. Nations that borders with the Pacific Sea return to their normal way of life before K-Day. Humanity won.

Battle of the Breach

After the battle of Hong Kong, current Marshall Pentecost decided to take up the mantle of piloting the Jaeger, Striker Eureka after one of the pilot was injured during the last battle. The repairs was made and the whole Jaeger task force decided to go ahead with their last and final battle. To destroy the entrance of the Kaijus into our present world. Both Jaegers, Striker Eureka and Gypsy Danger was airlifted to the location to be deployed. Command was passed to the new Marshall Hercules Hansen.

The objective of the Battle of the Breach was to drop a thermonuclear bomb down the Breach, therefore denying the Kaijus further incursion to our world. However, both Jaeger Task force scientist that drifted with a Kaiju Brain of the now dead Baby Kaiju, found that to successfully deploy the bomb, one of the Jaeger or the bomb must have a genetic coding similar to the Kaijus. However, not all were smooth sailing as two more Category 4 Kaiju emerged from the Breach code named "Scunner" and "Raiju".  The ensuing battle didn't go well for Humanity as the first ever Category 5 Kaiju emerged from the Breach, code named "Slattern". The Kaiju "Slattern engaged Striker Eureka which was carrying the Bomb while Gypsy Danger faced both "Scunner" and "Raiju". In the ensuing melee, the Kaiju "Raiju" was killed by Gypsy Danger and Striker Eureka which suffered critical damage especially its release mechanism to deploy the Bomb was damaged as well. Taking the decision to clear the way for Gypsy Danger to be the new Bomb as the Jaeger was Nuclear Powered, Striker Eureka pilots decided to detonate the Thermonuclear Bomb they were carrying. 

The ensuing blast managed to kill off the Kaiju "Scunner" but greviously wounded the Kaiju "Slattern". The greviously wounded Kaiju "Slattern" appeared before the Jaeger, Gypsy Danger in an attempt to destroy it but was instead used by the pilots of Gypsy Danger as the required genetic coding to enter the breach and set the Jaeger to self destruction mode. In the ensuing time, not much was known but that the pilots of the Jaeger, Gypsy Danger succeeded in self detonating the Jaeger and the Breach was closed forever. Of the world where the Kaijus were spawned and breeded, the subsequent report stated that it too was destroyed by the Jaeger Gypsy Danger Nuclear Blast.

Battle of Hong Kong

On the 8th January 2025, a double event occurred whereby two Kaijus emerge from the Breach simultaneously. The two Kaijus were category 4 and code named as "Otachi" and "Leatherback" respectively by the Jaeger command and control center. The two Kaijus made their way towards Hong Kong, China where Humanity's last four Jaeger were stationed at. Marshall Stacker made the decision to deploy three of the four Jaeger which were Cherno Alpha, Crimson Typhoon and Striker Eureka to defend Hong Kong from both Kaijus attacks.

Unfortunately, it was during this battle that Humanity loss two more Jaeger to the Kaijus. Both Cherno Alpha and Crimson Typhoon will excellent record fell during the battle against the Kaijus "Otachi" and "Leatherback". Even with Striker Eureka, the fatest Jaeger ever built couldn't save the two other Jaeger in time. And during battle with the Kaiju "Leatherback", the Kaiju shown what was impossible for such monstrosities that it, "Leatherback" had an offensive capability which was used like and Electro-Magnetic Pulse, EMP for short which knock out Striker Eureka and part of the city itself. Luckily, for Humanity, one of the four Jaeger that were stationed at Hong Kong prove to be invulnerable towards "Leatherback" EMP attack as it was nuclear powered.

After being deployed, the fourth Jaeger, Gypsy Danger managed to defeat the two Kaijus one at a time. However, significant damage had been brought upon Hong Kong City and uncountable millions of damages were in account. In the Battle of Hong Kong, the Anti-Kaiju wall was not yet constructed anywhere near Hong Kong and it was due to the Jaegers that the two Kaijus were finally defeated and killed. There was, however another significant event that during the removal of the Kaiju "Otachi" corpse, a baby "Otachi" was born but died to strangulation of the umbilical cord.

Overall, the Battle of Hong Kong was a Human victory but a costly one, as two more Jaegers and the Pilots were vanquished by the enemy.

Anti-Kaiju Wall Useless !!!

On the 2nd of January 2025, a category 4 Kaiju code named "Mutavore" managed to breach through the exclaimed impenetrable Anti-Kaiju wall with ease after an hour of reaching the city of Sydney, Australia. The recently decommissioned Mark 5 Jaeger, Striker Eureka was deployed to intercept the Kaiju and managed to kill "Mutavore" within minutes of combat. This event showed the world that nothing could withstand a Kaiju Attack except for Jaegers. Many people of the Pan Pacific Defense Corp nations questioned the choice of the wall over the Jaeger after this event.

Facing with the mounting pressure by the masses, the government of the PPDC resorted to announce that the Anti-Kaiju Wall construction will still take precedent over the Jaeger Program and that coastal nations will be moving their citizens inland further away from the coastlines. However the people of the PPDC nations rioted instead as soon as the announcement was broadcasted accusing the elites of running away and putting the normal citizens at risk of the Kaiju Danger.

People soon began to argue that the Jaeger Program is still the better option than the Anti-Kaiju Wall, so much so that the United Nations gave the PPDC Jaeger Strike Force Marshall Stacker Pentecost funding for another 8 months to operate the last Shatterdome located at Hong Kong, China until the Anti-Kaiju wall is completed. 

Kaiju Winning ???

With the advent of Jaeger, Humanity thought to be safe from the attacks of Kaiju. However, on 29th February 2020, one of Humanity's Jaeger fell to a Category 3 Kaiju, code named "Knifehead". And from then onward, one by one, Jaegers falling in combat against the Kaiju increase incursion into our blue world. Humanity once more felt threatened for their very existence and the beacon of hope for Humanity starts to flicker.

With the increasing amount of Kaiju attacks in the beginning of the year 2020 and the destruction of Jaegers by the Kaiju kept on increasing. The concept based on an assumption that Kaiju will not attack a wall bordering the coastline gave way for the United Nations to pass their favour over the Jaeger Program. The Anti-Kaiju Wall was born from this concept and less and less Jaeger were constructed as seen by the fact that most are being destroyed faster than being build.

The wall soon began to take shape somewhere in the late 2020. Faced with funding cuts by the United Nations, the PPDC soon start to close down its Jaeger bases known as the Shatterdome around the world. It would seem that with the fast paced of Jaeger destruction by the Kaiju incursion heralds the decline of the Jaeger Program.

Humanity Fights Back !!!

After withstanding a year of Kaiju attacks without any means to fight without resorting to nuclear warheads, the efforts made by Dr. Jasper Schoenfeld and Dr. Catilin Lightcap, the Jaeger program was launched and on the 23rd of April, 2014, the first Jaeger code named Brawler Yukon, killed the Kaiju named Karloff at Vancouver, Canada. This event gave hope to the rest of humankind that they are no longer threatened by the Kaiju's attacks.

Those nations that have coastal borders soon got together and form the Pan Pacific Defense Corps supported by the United Nations. The PPDC soon set up its training ground on Kodiak Island and started recruiting pilot or rangers as the ones who controls the Jaeger are called. The Jaegers were soon constructed en mass and were deployed to counter the threat of Kaiju attacks. The pilots of the Jaegers were then catapulted to from being soldiers that protects humanity to having rock star status. And the fears of Kaiju evaporated with the introduction of Jaegers combating for Humankind existence. 

With more and more Jaeger constructed by the PPDC, Humanity was ushered into a new phase where Jaeger culture took precedent and every Kaiju battle is view not with fear but with passion. 

Alien INVASION???

On August 10, 2013 the first ever reported of a colossal being that began a six day rampage across Eastern United State ended when the American decided to use nuclear warheads to take down the beast. Does this event heralds some kind of nuclear/biological disaster that spawn this colossal being or according to some theorists, an invasion of another species that have laid dormant all this while. We do not know. 

The damage, however caused by the being later dubbed as "Kaiju" and named as the "Trespasser" by the world, had made three American cities uninhabitable due to the nuclear fallout caused by bringing down the "Kaiju". Tens of thousands lives were lost due to "Trespasser" rampage and billions of damages recorded. San Francisco, Sacramento and Oakland were then renamed as the Exclusion Zone. The American mourned for their losses and moved on. And Humanity thought that it was the first and last of this kind of unprecedented events.

However, 7 months later, 5th February 2014, another Kaiju later named "Hundun" made "landfall", a term coined for the Kaiju attacks, near Manila, Philippines causing widespread death and destruction around the city itself. "Hundun" were finally brought down by a tactical nuclear strike. The excrements from the Kaiju "Hundun" totally wreck the ecosystem in and around Manila city thus making Manila into another San Francisco.

From then on, people living in coastal nations or cities were in fear of another Kaiju attacks. 3 days later, a Kaiju warning system was established to let people know when and where another Kaiju will be making landfall and thus allowed to prepare before the Kaiju arrives. This system was later named the Kaiju Emergency Alert System.
